- Prices

  The prices indicated on the Website shall be understood as exclusive of taxes  and VAT. Any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee.The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

 Orders that have been placed on hold by the destination country's Customs office due to Customs fees or requirements that were not settled/submitted are not refundable.

- Shipping Cost
  All our products are free shipping worldwide. We will be in charge of shipping cost.

- From where the products are shipped?
  All products are shipped from China.

- Shipping courier and method.
  Based on goods weight and nature, we will select some local famous courier to ship our products.

- Order Status

  Once order shipped, we will send tracking information so that you can track the order status online. if your order’s shipping status shows it’s in progress, we were unable to modify the order nor stop the shipment, hence, not eligible for a refund.

- Payment Methods
  For customers' convenience, we accept a great variety of payment methods for customer to choose. You can select whatever payment methods easily.

- Order Processing Time
  Once order received, we will process the order and send order confirmation to  you. Before shipping out, the order processing time is about 48-72 hours.

- Transportation Lead Time
  It depends on which country and what shipping methods to use. For most countries, the transportation time is about 8-15 days.
